During fermentation the ovoid shape tank, helps keep lees susponded, which brings out its fruit and roundness in the greatest elegance.
This vintage is crafled from more than 40 years old sauvignon grapes. The ovoid shape creating atmospheric pressures and depression gives to the wines a very fat ans rich mineral aroma.
